Planning and organization

Verification of the authenticity of the submitted loading and unloading points
- Clarification with the Client of the correct addresses, in case of wrongly submitted addresses, and acquisition of coordinates of the loading and unloading points, for a more efficient flow of transport
- Communication with the drivers, to shorten the transmitted information and effectively solve situations with non-conforming goods requested by the Client
- In case of inconsistencies and discrepancies – submission of information to the Client and follow-up actions according to the instructions received
- Advice to carriers and drivers when transporting dangerous goods (ADR), minimum quantity of ADR, and their combination with non-dangerous conventional goods
- Provision of permits for oversized loads from local authorities (in Bulgaria, Greece, Romania.) and permits for unloading in the central parts of large cities (in Bulgaria, Greece, Romania.). Reservation of ferries and tunnels
- Provision of customs representation in Bulgaria, Greece, and Turkey, including customs clearance of shipments, preparation, and completion of T-document, ATA, TIR-carnet, and other accompanying customs documents.
